IB InvoiceBound

Features

Everything the paperwork needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

Built around one job at a time: quote it, do it, bill it, and know what it cost.

Estimates → invoices

Build a quote from your saved prices, send it as a PDF, and convert the accepted one into an invoice without retyping anything. Optionally hide line prices and show only the total.

Eight PDF templates

Your logo, your accent colour, your terms. The preview on screen is the PDF — one layout engine, so what you approve is what your client receives.

Card payments via Stripe

Switch on online payments and your invoice carries a pay link. Setup is a few taps — no Stripe dashboard, no API keys, no webhooks to configure.

Expenses and receipts

Photograph up to five receipts per expense, tie them to a job or mark them as overhead, and log mileage at your own rate. Expenses are private and never appear on a client's PDF.

Reports and tax summary

Income by client, outstanding aging by band, income against expenses, and deductibles by category. Export any of them as CSV or PDF.

Multiple businesses

Two trading names, one app. Switching profile changes what the app contains — clients, invoice numbering, reports — so the two can never mix.

Payments and part-payments

Record a deposit, a cheque or a bank transfer. Status moves from unpaid to partially paid to paid on its own, and the balance is always the truth.

Signatures and photos

Capture a client signature on the estimate and attach job photos where they matter.

Works with no signal. Writing, pricing, rendering and sharing a PDF never touch the network. Only card payments do, and only when you use them.
